Business Systems Analysis - Included
Included in the setup is a 30 minute phone consultation with an expert external
Business Systems Analyst to insure your organisations needs are captured, and the
implementation and configuration accurately fits your business. If required additional
systems consultation is available at $250 per hour.
Miscellaneous Fees
Moves, Adds and Changes incur labour charged at $125 (plus GST) per hour. Typical
requests are completed in less than 15 minutes. Organisations are allocated 1Gb
of traffic per month. Excessive over usage will be charged at $95 per additional
1Gb per month.
Implementation
This includes server side customer setup on the Team Anywhere EMAIL servers. We
provide you with helpful setup documentation and up to 1/2 hour of phone support
to assist with data (PST) migration and initial mobile device setup (if appropriate).
This is based on the assumption there is a nominated single customer contact who
is "IT capable" to assist with client PC setup.
